Early Life In Dehradun:
He was born and brought up in Dehradun, which is situated in the foothills of Uttarakhand, in a middle class family.
Siwet got his education from Doon Valley Public School in the city and later pursued a Bachelor of Commerce. He joined the world of fitness modeling at the age of 20, instead of going into a career that his degree suggested.
There is no entertainment industry in Dehradun; hence, his way out was through an MTV audition.
MTV Roadies 19:
The breakthrough for him came when he participated in MTV Roadies season 19 titled ‘Karm Ya Kaand’ in 2023.
He made it to the finals of the show, and this being his first time participating in a reality show without any experience in the industry, was a good performance, which has earned him all the bookings ever since.
Splitsvilla X5 And The 50:
Following the Roadies, he starred in MTV Splitsvilla X5, the dating show, in 2024, introducing himself to another young crowd.
The next year saw him in Colors’ and JioHotstar’s The 50, a show hosted by Farah Khan and featuring a cast of contestants from Indian television and creator community.
Three formats within three years make for a reality TV career, not just one season showbiz stint.
Siwet Tomar On Rise And Fall 2:
A second season of Rise and Fall commenced in September 2026 on Prime Video and Amazon MX Player, where the host was Virender Sehwag, and there was a new episode daily at noon. The show has contestants divided into two groups; Penthouse, where Rulers make the decisions, and Basement, where Workers carry out tasks to fill the prize pool.
Siwet joined the show on the first day and won a spot in the Penthouse by completing the Ultimate Ruler Race along with Karan Patel, Shehzad Poonawalla, Priyanka Chahar Choudhary, Swara Bhasker, Tej Pratap Yadav, Irina Rudakova, and Raj Grover.
Why Siwet Tomar Left Rise And Fall 2:
He was disqualified from the game show during the second day when the episode aired on 28 September 2026.
For the Ultimate Ruler race, the other contestants found him as the weakest decision-maker and thus, disqualifying him. The option for him to identify someone who was also the same way ended up with the political contestant and fellow contestant, Shehzad Poonawalla. This caused an altercation that resulted in physical contact.
Physical contact is strictly forbidden according to the rules of the show. It was decided that the limit had been breached and thus, he was disqualified from the Tower, making him the first contestant to leave that season.
His disqualification did not end there. He was supported by the other contestants Swara Bhasker and Karan Patel who left the Tower claiming that provocation played a role in their altercation.
He soon posted on Instagram stating that he will remain firm with his opinion despite standing alone if need be. Neither he nor the production has said anything more until now.
Siwet Tomar Shows:
| Year | Show | Role | Outcome |
|---|---|---|---|
| 2023 | MTV Roadies 19, Karm Ya Kaand | Contestant | Reached the final |
| 2024 | MTV Splitsvilla X5 | Contestant | Competed |
| 2025 | The 50 | Contestant | Colors TV and JioHotstar |
| 2026 | Rise and Fall season two | Contestant | Removed on day two |
Modelling And Content:
Away from TV, he models for fitness and fashion, and maintains a YouTube channel, apart from his Instagram profile.
The kind of content that he produces includes exercises, grooming tips, fashion advice and travel videos, and all this gets tied up with the brand collaborations. His reality show bookings get him more followers; it’s the follower count that makes money.
Siwet Tomar Net Worth:
The net worth of Siwet Tomar is Rs 1.5 crores to Rs 3 crores, generated through modeling, brand endorsements, YouTube channel, and four seasons of reality television.
Brand endorsements account for the vast majority of this income. He has nearly half a million followers on Instagram, and these followers belong to the fitness and grooming category which attracts many sponsors. The fact that he has many young men as followers is favorable for brands marketing health supplements and clothing.
YouTube does not generate much revenue as per the subscriber count because content in the local language on the topic of lifestyle garners far less revenue than the same amount of views for foreign channels.
Reality television pays participants participation fee and not money; a two-day stint pays very little. What it gives is visibility, and Rise and Fall has provided him with much more visibility than the previous two years combined.

Final Take:
Siwet Tomar has made his career on being the contestant who will never quit, and on Rise and Fall where quitting cost him his spot.
Two days is Siwet Tomar’s shortest stint on television, and undoubtedly the most controversial one. A Roadies finalist hailing from Dehradun, with a commerce education and a fan following for his fitness routines is nothing out of the ordinary in the world of Indian television shows; but being evicted after just two days in a Virender Sehwag show is.
The real question here is what’s going to happen next. Two contestants have quit the show in support of him, suggesting that his exit has left him with far more friends in the house than the eviction ruling would suggest.
